Above is an example of a part completed database, part of the new approach to the delivery of learning within Coventry Scout County and is dependant upon identifying your training needs and providing a learning experience to match. For this to happen we use a learning needs database taking information forwarded by training advisers and creating a record of your training needs. When a list of four names for a particular module is generated the need for a course has been established. We then contact one of the learning delivery team presenters and establish a date for the small course. Once this has been established we publicise the course details throughout the county to grow this small course into a large course. So ...... it is important that you register with the training team via your training adviser or directly with neil.adcock@sky.com. We can then tailor the courses running to meet the needs of scouters in the county.
