| If you want a copy of training material for your training portfolio or you do not have regular computer access then the Trading Post at Rough Close hold a stock of training materials at competative prices | Training advisers are experienced leaders who take some time to support new leaders through their training. Training advisers discuss the training required and compare the trainees experience to identify the modules of learning that need to be completed as well as which modules can be passes directly to module validation. The training adviser will then pass on the module learning requirement for inclusion in the learning needs database.
