| Cost | There is no charge for the forum. A small deposit will be required to book a place, which will go towards the cost of lunch and refreshments. | |
| Who is it for | All adults involved in scouting in the County | |
| Objective | The forum will be an opportunity for members of the county to get together to discuss a variety of topics to help them develop scouting in their sections, groups and in Coventry, including an update on recent changes from Headquarters and recruiting adults | |
Possible Topics |
The balanced programme, Adventurous activities RAG assessment – making the best use of it to help groups, Training help, Active Support, Using My Backpack or the Print Centre, Safeguarding and Scout headquarters may be discussed, A session to help group executive members may be included |

The forum is being planned as an active day to help participants and we hope as many people as possible will be able to join us on the day. Full details will be available in September. If anyone wants to suggest other topics to be covered, they should contact Chris Sherlock by mid-September at the latest, unless these topics can be dealt with in the Q&A session on the day. | |
